Chris Wade
Founding Partner
Chris graduated from the University of Vermont. He started a leading HVAC Supply company based in Vermont and was President of that organization until 2003. As an off-shoot of wholesale operations, Chris founded Red Barn Media Group in 1998. His primary role has been customer relationships and applying his technical and business understanding of the PHVAC industry to the products we have developed.
Chris developed our relationships with key manufacturers including Rinnai, Fujitsu General, AERCO, Bosch and Navien. Our technology established online systems for training, supply chain management, dealer development, online product registration and automated quality control systems. In 2006 Chris began working directly with PHVAC contractors that became the foundation for operations today.
Stephen Quick
Partner | CTO
Stephen started in 1999 when Red Barn Media Group was still doing print and flash websites.
He started building websites during the first dot com era and has seen the industry change over the past 2 decades. He works on all sorts of large and small projects from brand portals, CRMs, Android/IOS apps and award winning web apps. Stephen has been a constant fixture in our business and has been working in digital marketing and programming in the HVAC/R and home services business for 20+ years.
He spends his free time home-brewing beer, skiing. fishing and hanging out with his wife and 2 awesome kids in the green mountains of Vermont.
Drew Wade
Partner | COO
Drew joined the Red Barn Media Group team in 2012 taking an immediate interest in digital marketing for home service professionals. Without a technical background in computer science or design he worked on building strategic relationships and products to better serve our clients.
Growing up in Vermont surrounded by the workings of HVAC-P distributors and contractors has shaped Drew’s interest and focus on providing custom solutions, specifically crafted for contractors throughout the US and Canada.
He lives in Charleston, SC with his family and enjoys surfing and cooking.
Lucas Towne
Lead Designer
Joining our team as an intern in early 2013, Lucas became a full team member after graduation later that year. Holding a BS in Graphic Design and Digital Media and a decade of experience, he leads our design team in developing custom websites, animations, illustrations, and UX for applications.
Growing up in Vermont, Lucas likes to spend his free time outdoors playing disc golf, drawing, and spending time with his wife and cat.
Brendan Devine
Web Developer
Brendan decided to take-on a career change in 2020, moving from the culinary field to starting at Red Barn Media Group as a Junior Designer in 2021 after attending Burlington Code Academy. His company role today comprises of PPC management, SEO solutions, and continued site development for new and existing clients.
Brendan enjoys to fly-fish Vermont’s rivers and lakes in the summer, and to spend time with his girlfriend Courtney and dog Sully.
Russ Bennett
Business Development
Russ has been in and out of the trades for the last 30 years and enjoys seeing things being built and working together to create environments where families can thrive. Russ has started and coached businesses internationally and domestically.
He has also done extensive work in the non-profit sector. He enjoys seeing small businesses thrive and joined the Red Barn team to be a resource to home service providers by offering real solutions to the digital space. He and his family enjoy anything boating and live in Charleston SC.
Jen Macneil
Content Specialist
Jen joined the Red Barn Media team in 2023 as a Content Specialist. She grew up around the North Shore of Massachusetts and holds a degree in Professional Writing from Champlain College.
Previously, Jen worked in early childhood education and publishing before moving to social media and content writing. When she’s not writing, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time by Lake Champlain.
Nick Monell
Digital Marketing Specialist
Nick graduated from Castleton University in 2014. Since graduating he has worked in the digital marketing field across many different industries which includes toys, fitness and most recently, automotive. He enjoys the strategic thinking and planning that goes into helping companies achieve their marketing goals to help grow their business.
In his free time he enjoys watching sports, playing drums, and spending time with his family.
Laura Pariseau
Graphic Designer
Laura grew up in Massachusetts, came to Vermont in 2011 to attend college, and then never left. Graduating with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Champlain College, she has worked across digital, print, and promotional design for almost ten years. Laura joined the Red Barn team in 2023 as a Graphic Designer who enjoys elevating clients through branding and design.
In her free time, Laura enjoys to paint and draw, something that has been a life-long hobby. She can also be found spending time adventuring through Vermont with her her husband and their dog, or catching up with friends near and far.
